Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

●Opened or used skincare products.
●Products that have been damaged due to misuse.
●Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
